So that was a long hiatus.
I forgot about dA a little bit, but I'm back for now.
Random lame update on my life:
I am now officially doing the online high school shindig for the completion of my Junior and Senior year. I am unbefuckinglievably excited.
Also, though it may not interest anyone other than myself, I have been offered a few incredible opportunities for future bellydance performances and I'm over the moon about it. The woman whose studio I dance out of allowed me to dance in a recent showcase that was a huge success. I have since been asked back and have also been offered a chance to perform with several dancers I have admired for years. All in all, life is astonishingly shiny.
In case anyone is interested, I've still been writing and I do intend to post a few new odds and ends, including a narrative piece; heretofore untrodden ground for me.
It's good to be back.

I've got a sinus infection
It is blechy

And my tummy hurts
My head feels like it is filled with cotton wool. Cotton wool covered in an unpleasant mixture of snot and acid. On fire.
And I can't find the fucking sick emoticon which is the weirdest thing I have ever been upset over, but I keep having really strange mood swings and that little emote always makes me smile, but I can't find it...

I am unable to type cohesively, or even coherently at this juncture, so I'm going to go bury my woolly, flaming, snotty head in a tub of hot water (if there is any) and try to improve my functionality in time to wish the lovely Laurenkay a happy birthday.
